If you use Google Sign-In, we may receive basic profile information such as your name, email address and profile identifier, depending on the permissions approved by you. We use this information only for authentication, account creation and account management within JRH India.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for unauthorized advertising or unrelated purposes.
JRH India may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics, Google Cloud and other Google services to operate the platform securely.
Property listings, broker profiles, agency details, listing badges and public business information may be visible to other users of the platform. Sensitive verification documents such as KYC documents are used for internal review and are not publicly displayed unless clearly stated.
JRH India facilitates Home and Property Loan Inquiries with authorized loan representatives, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), lending partners or financial institutions. A Loan Inquiry is a request for assistance or referral. It is not a bank loan application, sanction application or lending decision, and a JRH Loan Inquiry Number is not a bank application or sanction number.
The Loan Inquiry form requires the Customer's explicit consent before an inquiry is submitted through the authorized assistance workflow. We use the information to receive and manage the inquiry, assess routing and assistance context, assign an authorized representative when appropriate, allow the Customer to track the inquiry, communicate meaningful status updates, and support the requested Home or Property Loan assistance.
According to the Customer's explicit consent and applicable controls, JRH may share approved Loan Inquiry information with an authorized DSA, loan representative, lending partner or financial institution only as required for the requested assistance. Auto Forward is not the default distribution model, and Loan Inquiry information is not automatically broadcast to every DSA. Sharing follows the authorized assignment and forwarding workflow.
JRH India is not the bank or lender for this inquiry. Loan approval, eligibility, interest rate, sanction and disbursement are determined solely by the relevant lender or financial institution. JRH does not guarantee approval, eligibility, rates, sanction or disbursement.
The current JRH Loan Inquiry form does not request or store an Aadhaar number, PAN number, banking passwords or credentials, OTPs, unnecessary bank account credentials, or KYC documents as part of the Loan Inquiry flow. This statement does not apply to a future separately governed service or to other JRH verification flows that clearly request different information.
Authenticated Customers may receive a JRH Loan Inquiry Number and use it to view the inquiry and its status within their account. Customers may contact JRH using the details below regarding consent, correction, deletion or other privacy choices. Loan Inquiry records may be retained consistently with the purpose, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and compliance needs described in this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when required to provide platform services, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect users, process support requests or operate trusted third-party services. Loan Inquiry information is shared only as described in the Home and Property Loan Inquiries section above.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users are advised to keep their login credentials and devices secure.
Users may request correction or deletion of their account information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance purposes.
JRH India is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
