JRH India is a digital real estate platform. We help users discover, list, manage and enquire about properties. JRH India is not the owner, seller, buyer, broker, builder or legal representative of any property unless specifically stated in writing.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful and updated information. Users must not upload fake listings, misleading images, false prices, incorrect ownership claims, spam content or illegal material.
Property details, prices, locations, images, availability and ownership information are submitted by users, owners, brokers or authorized persons. JRH India may review listings for quality and authenticity, but does not guarantee property ownership, legal title, possession, pricing, appreciation, returns or transaction outcome.
Owner listings are submitted by users claiming to be owners or authorized representatives. Customers must independently verify ownership documents, registry, title, possession, dues, approvals and all legal aspects before making any payment or decision.
Broker listings are submitted by brokers or agencies using the platform. Broker badges indicate platform status or verification level only. They do not guarantee the legality, value, ownership or future performance of any property.
JRH India may display broker categories such as:
No broker badge should be interpreted as a guarantee of property legality, investment return, ownership, future appreciation or transaction success.
KYC or verification processes are used to improve trust and platform safety. Verification does not make JRH India responsible for any transaction, document, commitment, payment, dispute or loss between users.
Before making any payment, booking, agreement, registry or investment decision, users must conduct their own legal, financial, technical and physical verification. Users should consult qualified legal, financial and real estate professionals where necessary.
Unless specifically provided through an official JRH payment system, property payments, booking amounts, commissions, token amounts and agreements are handled directly between users, owners, brokers, builders or third parties. JRH India is not responsible for offline payments or private agreements.
JRH India may offer paid plans, premium memberships, promoted listings, advertisements or subscription features. Paid plans provide platform benefits only and do not guarantee leads, sales, rental closure, profits, property appreciation or customer response.

Users are responsible for content uploaded by them. JRH India may use submitted property images, listing details and business information for displaying, promoting and operating platform services. JRH branding, logo, design, platform content and software remain the property of JRH India (Jewar Realty Hub).
We may suspend, restrict or remove accounts, listings or content that violate our policies, create risk, mislead users, receive serious complaints or harm platform trust.
JRH India is not liable for losses arising from property transactions, inaccurate listings, user conduct, broker commitments, offline payments, document issues, legal disputes, pricing changes, investment decisions, service interruptions or third-party actions.
The platform may use third-party services such as Firebase, Google services, maps, analytics, hosting, payment gateways or communication tools. Use of such services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
