- Write down the price, taxes, fees, payment schedule, possession terms and refund conditions.
- Inspect access, utilities, boundaries and the surrounding land use instead of relying only on photographs or a map pin.
- Do not pay because of a return, airport-distance or urgency claim that cannot be verified from a reliable source.
